Besides her design skills and the ability to pull through it needs to be highlighted that Caro is a bona fide team player. She always makes other people shine and is always willing to go the extra mile for the teams success. She has a talent to digest qualitative and quantitative data and coin this into compelling designs, UIs and user journeys. Especially when we worked on the launch and the feature adoption of awork AI (an AI interface to project management in awork), she proved this skill.
